Broccolini & Sun-dried TomatoFrittata
Vegetarian. Gluten Free. Dairy Free..

INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
200g roasted pumpkin
1 large zucchini
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 head of broccoli
1 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/3 cup of almond milk
¼ cup of chia seeds
1 handful of Kale
handful of basil
50g almond feta or goats cheese
Caramelised onion
salt & pepper
